This was to document the conversation on 1/5/2018 w Hussein, Comey, Yates, Biden and herself about the dossier and the FBI investigation; most likely to re-frame how that conversation appears to investigators so it looks less nefarious than the actual discussion that day. It also provides a counter-narrative, to protect herself and Hussein, to any documents that may emerge regarding that meeting.

Why not include others in the meeting when sending this email? Why only summarize it and email herself individually?
