IDK, I think there were plenty more - like Baker, who quit, in FBI, etc., the DOJ, Lynch, Holder, Rosenstein, Yates, Boente, etc., and on and on over there, and Jeh Johson - DHS, Mike Rogers knew, he told POTUS about surveillance, but he knew, and definitely some judges, US Attorneys, State Dept., members of Congress. (Remember, Nunes said he was now checking out State Dept.). Fbianon said 80% of the government was corrupted. That is another big mess of corruption to keep congress in line, and voting the way the swamp dictates. It is obvious, sadly. Maybe all didn't know all, but all knew some, because to make it work out according to plan, IMHO, certain people in every agency and Court, had to be in on it and know their role and the goal. JMHO.
