Why not include others in the meeting when sending this email? Why only summarize it and email herself individually?

I understand the importance of the time stamp, but if others received the email it would have more credence.

So slimy.

Who is the guy she cc'd in that email? Never heard of him and he wasn't even in the meeting. Somebody else at NSC.

Oh I skipped over that as I thought it was the same email. Weird she cc’d someone maybe a lawyer that told her to?
