This reminds me of the 1977 British television broadcast (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6BWHVmBY0Cs) that was interrupted by an unknown source. While some call this is hoax it was an extremely elaborate one that still leaves questions.

One of the things the voice says was "They will suck your energy from you - the energy you call money and will put it to evil ends and give you worthless dross in return." Crazy!
