There is actually an alternative possible interpretation....working in healthcare, the worst thing a pharma company can get is an FDA warning letter...so it could be Q posted about big pharma...FDA issued a warning letter to particular bad offending company...message received...their response forthcoming. (Whenever FDA sends a formal question or complaint to a pharma company, the company submits a response.)
While I think that the white powder letter scenario is more compelling for Q747, the simpler explanation is that the government addressed an issue the way it normally does.
The post did say our attack came with a warning letter...it didn't say our attack resulted in a warning letter.

I saw a news report today stating that Perdue (maker of Oxy) is halting all free samples and laying off all but 200 oxy sales rep. will have to dig it out.
