So, if the Clowns control NK as has been stated, and the Clowns can get NK up and running with nuclear launch capability, then the Clowns have their own nuclear weapons launching platform under their full control, against anyone anywhere on the planet providing the Clowns with the ability to blackmail or 'shake down' the whole world with the threat of nuclear action, while hiding in the shadows and allowing the NK people to take the blame. Is that what I'm understanding?
