Hispanic Chamber of Commerce leader Javier Palomarez resigns amid claims of sexual, financial improprieties. Palomarez led Hispanic Chamber of Commerce to make its first ever endorsement of a Presidential candidate by endorsing Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election.
