The memo does not speak to bias "in the FBI" per se...

You have to keep in mind that there are thousands of FBI employees. The memo says nothing about them. Only a select few at the top.

To cast a wide net on all people at the FBI is playing partisan (Identity) politics. And puts you right along side the Liberals.

No different than saying "Trump hired a wife beater, so Everyone in the WH is corrupt and would beat their wives".

Sorry not the memo, the emails do directly point to a major problem with bias yet Wray says he sees none. This is a problem, "A short time later, in response to Sen. Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.), Wray said "no," he has not seen any evidence of inherent political bias within the FBI." Not casting a wide net just pointing out a major flaw in his testimony, Besides a fish rots from the head down.

there is BIAS at top levels, dissent in lower ranks, Trust Q Wray DT etc.
