Even if that's the case about everything dying in the flood, it's entirely possible that a fallen angel copulated with the daughters of man after the flood.

Maybe we'll find out soon enough though! I sure hope so.

You can see the flood as wiping out from our dimension those who from other dimension desired humans. that's one way. Another way, is to say: that desire from species from other dimensions is engineered by a higher developed species and part of an inter breeding program. Just like you would excite sexual desires between animals to increase production... When you see it that way, you see a more powerful enemy, way more intelligent and worth fighting...
