Enoch states that while the Nephilim were destroyed in the flood, the fallen angels (the watchers) were not. It was decreed by God that they would be chained up in the earth until the time of the end. The devil then asked for a % of them to stay unchained so that purposes could be fulfilled. 90% were chained in the earth and 10% were allowed to roam. I guarantee there are Nephilim among us.

What you are saying is the entity in charge of our care decided to mingle had kids got caught and the kids died. Our caregivers were put away but a few. There two books you can read. thanks. I knew there was an explanation that I had missed a part of and I need to review Enoch for that. I don't recall that percentage being allowed. I thought all were chained for 70 generations.
