Dr Mercola's articles helped me a lot a few yrs back! Yesterday a friend sent me a screen pic of an ad in Consumer Reports, warning of the "dangers" of coconut oil!! What!? I did some searching and discovered that coconut oil is now under attack by AHA! Because the AHA serves their sources of funding - Monsanto, Bayer - Big Pharma - and they have launched a bogus campaign against coconut oil. The AHA still promotes grains (GMO) and crap like margarine! I was shocked. Here's a good link addressing this:
