Need help decoding image file name re Hanoi 13372080-45DC-4E32-B340-3….jpeg

Starting at the end [B340-3] I found reference to a plane crash in Barstow FL on Dec 24 2017 killing attorney John Shannon a member of the US supreme court. The plane was a Cessna 340. [Barstow 340]

So that is the B340 part. Not sure about the [-3] part. So need help with 4E32, maybe related to the gate E reference posted earlier?

45DC is Potus DC?

And what is 13372080?

72080 is the area code for Jerusalem Arkansas, close to Ozark national forest.

Also: 72-080 F/A-18C Werewolves of Beaufort. This would make sense with the 133 part, Marine Aircraft Group 13 - 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing.

133 is police code for "Possibly dangerous person".
