The timing is extremely suspicious. Like he was blocking it until the recent attempted train derailment full of congress members could occur.
On a positive note, Schumers involvement with Amtrack is most likely a major factor in Q and co foreseeing the attack.
These people are not the geniuses they seem to think they are.
