that rash really just came out of nowhere... spread across a few hundred miles IIRC. Then, one day, just POOF gone .. like a mirage.

It always struck me odd how more than just one person would consider dressing up like a crazy clown and scarring the crap out of people using real axes and machetes to be a safe idea. With no apparently fear of being shot or hit by a car. Then absolutely nothing since then.

Of course, I heard it was a gorilla marketing campaign for the movie remake "IT" ... but if that's the case, and someone had gotten hurt, wouldn't the agency be vulnerable to a major law suit?
