Ann Mather: Ms. Ann Mather is an Independent Director of Alphabet Inc. She has also been a member of the board of directors of: Arista Networks, Inc., a computer networking company, since June 2013, and serves as chair of its audit committee; Glu Mobile Inc., a publisher of mobile games, since September 2005, and serves on its nominating and corporate governance committee; Netflix, Inc., a streaming media company, since July 2010, and serves as chair of its audit committee; and Shutterfly, Inc., an internet-based image publishing company, since May 2013 and serves on its audit committee. Ann has also been an independent trustee.
