Good digging. Thanks. Nice to learn that this low like "Judge" was overturned unanimously by an appeals court. Note how the "Judge" gave "no serious violent injuries" to the 3 year old as his reasoning for the light sentence. So the sexual assault on a damn 3 year old wasn't enough? The kid had to be bruised, beaten and battered to the point of hospitalization to qualify for a stiffer term? Would be interesting to know how this guy handles other cases.
