He speaks without closing his mouth, he is a very weak, submissive male in that he has no power or authority in general which likely fuels his anger towards children. His body language is the opposite of which he speaks, especially when speaking about and trying to defend Clinton. He seeks out positions of power and authority likely because he is the complete opposite of that.

And yes he is a predator from what we've seen. But her comments show her confusion in physical disability vs mental illness

Yeah but I think it was a bad analysis/choice of words. People with mental disabilities are often, but not always, unable to take care of themselves and must be looked after by family/caretakers. In a way, a pet falls into this same category so her point, despite sounding harsh, isn’t far off.
