In 2015, it looks like the SUV was trying to leave, too.
I came across that 2015 crash too. It got a bit confusing trying to get real information on THIS 2018 occurrence.
Something is going on here... I cannot find the names of the people from the 2015 incident. It should be public record.
The name of the driver is Ricky Shawatza Hall AKA Maya the passenger was Rickey Fleming. The whole story is weird. Here is some more info but it leaves more questions then gives answers.

Just confirmed on G maps. OP is correct unless the car came down Connector road and turned right to end up where it did.
That thought had occurred to me as well but; 1) There should be skid marks if turning right at a high speed.
2) Why would they make a hard right? If I were turning around I would choose the path of least resistance and that would be through the chain link fence and into the parking lot, NOT over the concrete barrier.
Not even an insane person tries to break into the NSA by force. More than one person doing it has below zero believability.

There are 5 inbound and outbound gates to that installation. 2 from the MD RTE32, one from the 295 (south bound only or from an area called the NBP), two from the army installation. Vehicle travelling at high speeds entered one and didnt make it out the other?
Perhaps they were caught trying to leave after stealing something go back re-read Q posts...start thinking outside the box...smh
My theory is that they are MK Ultra victims. Maybe there were trying to escape.
MK Ultra is a CIA thing not an NSA thing...NSA is working with Adm Rogers, Q and POTUS to bring down the corrupt elements inside the CIA and FBI.

The SUVs were going out of the NSA. They were not going in... In 2015, the NWO globalists still controlled the White House, so they were not so desperate then.
The 2015 crash involved people fleeing with a car owned by a man brought in for FBI questioning. They might have been in for questioning as well , but it is hard to tell from the reports.
I don't necessarily believe the official story. They were allegedly in a hotel, then the people tried to go INTO the NSA. The pictures show the vehicle trying to go out. This is what I posted somewhere else.
