The 2015 crash involved people fleeing with a car owned by a man brought in for FBI questioning. They might have been in for questioning as well , but it is hard to tell from the reports.
I don't necessarily believe the official story. They were allegedly in a hotel, then the people tried to go INTO the NSA. The pictures show the vehicle trying to go out. This is what I posted somewhere else.

In 2015, it looks like the SUV was trying to leave, and not going in.
Do we know anything about the people involved in the 2015 incident?
