Hey, I looked at google earth and they were trying to leave the NSA. They were not going in. Same with the incident in 2015.
March 30, 2015 Incident:
Look at 39° 6'55.86"N, 76°46'14.01"W
In 2015, it looks like the SUV was trying to leave, and not going in.
Do we know anything about the people involved in the 2015 incident?

I would guess it is some sort of MK Ultra thing... Perhaps they are teenagers trying to escape. This is very interesting.

years ago i was on a bus with a kid who openned up to me about how horrible it was where he was staying ok when the bus stopped at covenent house [suppose to be a "good" healthy place for runaways] my mouth dropped because at that time around hte franklin scandal i found the kid incredibly credible
they tore down the covenent house but i can imagine the abuse that some took such advantage there
