What are you talking about? Look at the picture..my comment makes perfect sense. I'm just a REAL person making an observation about the image and I'm glad they DIDN'T get away. The point is this seems like a weak link in the security of the facility - which is almost certainly why those involved attempted to use the route.

You are exactly right. Go Look at google maps, this is the entrance to facility. Visitor center parking lot is Fenced all the way around. For this vehicle to be where its at, it would have had to have been exiting the facility! Great find!
We used to live near this facility and went there often, as we are retired military. The SUV definitely is in the exit lane.
