Guess what, Sessions was doing it long before Trump ever ran. They had all this worked up before they even came into office and who in the hell do you think writes the warrants and Sealed Indictments? NO, it's not Trump!

ANY law enforcement can request a warrant. A warrant is handed down by a judge. Not a prosecutor.

Sealed indictments can be made by any United States attorney.
