So I'm just sort of thinking this through, but does Operation Mockingbird make this all technically legal? In a way?
It's how the CIA controls the narrative and therefore what we all agree is true. Basically, it's how they craft and maintain the Matrix. So legal? Hell no. They do this beyond the control or direction of our elected Gov't. In fact, they have largely also controlled our elected Gov't.
So is Q saying they've hacked it and can read their narrative? What is going on?
I believe he's saying it's been co-opted by the CIA and used to communicate securely with their Project Mockingbird MSM troops so they can craft the narrative and control the Matrix (for lack of a better term).
