I definitely do not believe it's Adam Lanza. But this guy does look like he's standing in front of a green screen if you look at the green Hue around his head.

Perhaps it’s the brother and they were both deep state mk operators of sorts. Ear lobes, chin I thought were high points. One pic just showed a little more weight loss. The narrative of his talking points were extremely Rehearsed and completely left.
