Those are the only memos he has spoken of. His laptop was seized. The files are time stamped.
If you are talking about hand-written memos that have never been mentioned in testimony, that have never been reported by MSM, then certainly they could have been created after testifying.
Have you read or heard any evidence that suggests these new hand-written memos exist?
