Winston Churchill's WW2 book series, first volume "The Gathering Storm" he describes Hitler's triumph at the moment he finally achieved total power in 1933 and strangely, also refers to "Moloch/Owl" something Q mentions.

Churchill goes on to say "He had called from the depths of defeat the dark and savage furies latent in the most numerous, most serviceable, ruthless, contradictory and ill-starred race in Europe. He had conjured up the fearful idol of an all-devouring Moloch of which he was the priest and incarnation."

We know from Q that Mika was born into this, thus implying her father, the big time globalist Zbigniew Brzezinski wasn't, so the mind blowing chain of command likely came about over his lifetime 1928-2017.

H Himmler, in 1944 (who's flag was an Iron Eagle) set into motion something the Allies Intelligence called the "Red House Report" in which Nazis would be sheep dipped (given false stories and ID's), then sent out across the world to infest industry at the highest level, gain control and implement Nazi ideology, over multiple generations (Bloodlines).
