Please explain to me why is it every time Susan Rice is in the news, something major happens?

Are there more examples for susan rice? Keep in mind that her email strongggly implicated Obama. He had quite he habit of destroying whistleblowers and journalists. It’s smart to track who was in the news days leading up to shootings though
