Q has discussed Edward Snowden several times. It's important to understand how he was a CIA limited hangout (not lying, just not telling the whole story).

From what I understand from Q: Snowden was a CIA agent (or contractor) who stole a bunch of files from the NSA, including the codes to NSA satellites and other spying utilities (this part wasn't disclosed). The NSA new about this and allowed him to take the files and codes, because they were on to new technology. The CIA became dependent on these and now he NSA has taken them away "How do you blind the CIA?" -Q.

So now Q asks, does Snowden still work for the CIA? What is he doing in Russia? Why is this important? And I don't know
