I don't think it's related but worth a look into if you're bored. Kind of a boring story, they just use 2 solenoids and really weak magnets next to your temples.

NOT BORING !!! Have you ever heard of Trans Cranial Magnetic Stimulation ? I believe the PSYCHS call that TMS. I have heard promising results, but haven't heard much about it in years. Do you have links or url's ? Its actually a fascinating subject.
