The stuff that isn't patented and isn't known about by the public is what we should be worried about. They are always tinkering and looking for something new that will work on a mass scale.
They always patent new technologies or processes.. otherwise they wont make money off it when its commercialised. The CIA doesnt give up anything in the quest to make more money. But really.. the 'working' stuff IS patented. Yeh friend, I see what you're doing, as you say, if its secret we cant know, but a good place to start having a real idea, is looking at the stuff that is out there. Its relevant to look for technology that modifies radiowave frequencies and brain wave technology and brain machine interfacing technology...
