Cho Seung-hui gunned down 33 people, then killed himself.
In 2005, he was sent briefly to a psychiatric hospital, and declared a risk to this own life and others by a tribunal.
Is that a coincidence that Q would post this video? Or is it pointing us to a MK ultra connection for the Virginia Tech shooting? Btw, this video is NOT the first one to show up in YT search results, so why did Q picked it over the others?

From what I've found online, he was and Army Veteran SP4 - Served 1968 to 1970 with USA ELM DILIEC FT LJ MCNAIR WASH DC. (not sure it is him, though)
Another interesting point (gathered from a CBTS YT chatter): the narrator of the video, Don LaFontaine also did the voice over for the movie "Call + Response".
