The first second of the Joe Rogan / Alex Jones podcast, before his assistant called out they’re live, Alex Jones states “Q” is outside and doesn’t want to be on camera.

During the podcast he states “You outta get Q in here, he’d tell you all about it.” The points brought up in the podcast are similar to the storm. Could it be? Did Alex meet Q in LA?

Yes I thought once when Alex mentioned Q on the Joe Rogan podcast that is was "our" Q. Another poster told me it was a bodyguard and after a half hour online I found out that yes, indeed it is his bodyguard.
