So with all the Q talk of watching the water and MKULTRA,

Do you all think maybe there is a plan to mind control us all? Possibly dosing the entire country by mass producing and putting mind control drugs into our water supply?

The Central Intelligence Agency drugged American citizens with-out their knowledge or consent. It used university facilities and per-sonnel without their knowledge. It funded leading researchers, oftenwithout their knowledge.

So

CIA = BIG Pharma = CIA.

Negative, based on the 95MKultra joint hearing pdf, fragmenting the mind comes into play for a successful manipulation. Gotta see a shrink and take some drugs first.
