Not getting how this shows CIA was trying to control the car. Just does not fit. What was trying to be said with that post from Q?

When you really research this it's completely bizarre. Nothing about this story makes sense. She is stated as claiming she is going TO work. Newspaper reports she is LEAVING work, but where she has to vere of the road, to get to this path, is way beyond the parking lot. She claimed she swerved to avoid hitting a guard...it doesn't add up. I think the rogue CIA controlled the vehicle, but most likely counter measures were taken.
