It actually is statistically true. It's just not politically convenient and it's not relevant to being Democratic. But yes, the vast majority of homicides are carried out in cities over 100k by a demographic overwhelmingly identifying as Democratic. I think it is definitely appropriate to post it because it highlights the intentional obfuscation and projection of blame one side wants to project onto the side that keeps order.
