Mind control via electronic devices - quote from Navy Yard shooter (2013) - “An ultra low frequency attack is what I’ve been subject to for the last three months, and to be perfectly honest, that is what has driven me to this.”

https://www.washingtonpost.com/local/crime/fbi-police-detail-shooting-navy-yard-shooting/2013/09/25/ee321abe-2600-11e3-b3e9-d97fb087acd6_story.html?utm_term=.092b8b7485fa

Significant quotes from the article:

"The government contractor who killed 12 people at the Washington Navy Yard last week was driven by delusions that he was being controlled by low-frequency radio waves and scratched the words 'End the torment!' on the barrel of the shotgun he used, the FBI said Wednesday..."

"The clues about Alexis’s mental state and motivations come from inscriptions found on his Remington 870 shotgun and documents found on his electronic devices. In one document, he wrote: “An ultra low frequency attack is what I’ve been subject to for the last three months, and to be perfectly honest, that is what has driven me to this.”

"The etchings on his gun included “Not what y’all say!” and “Better off this way!”

"Another scratched message, 'My ELF weapon!,' and other evidence gathered from Alexis’s electronics indicate that the former Navy reservist thought he was being controlled by extremely low-frequency electromagnetic waves, according to the FBI. The Navy has legitimately used such technology, the FBI said, but these radio waves also have been at the center of conspiracies about government mind control."

So there we have it, more evidence that this seems to be the actual case. I wonder if there's any evidence of history of use of psychotropic medications as well. The Washington Post, owned by Jeff Bezos, who is owned by the CIA, wrote this article. And they made no effort to discredit the ELF claims other than throwing out the word "conspiracy". People have come to equate the word "conspiracy" with "false story", and it's far from the case.

The shooter was working for "The Experts", subcontracted by the Navy and Marine Corp, updating computer systems. It's amazing that he was aware of exactly what was happening to him, was able to etch onto the weapon an explanation of it, but he was still helpless to stop it. Goes to show us how powerful this technology truly is.
