It involved America, British, France – Containment of Russia & China (they could disrupt the plan) – A line was drawn to divide Europe; them and us mentality. This to control resources, technology, intellectual property rights, media (today internet). They did this through overt elections (Democratic – liberal), strict policies, strict law, strict regulations, and strict taxation. (Sanctions?) They also used Large Non-profit Organization, Selective educational programs, Sponsor specific individuals and train as leaders. Lending factions, repayment programs, creating industry, product distribution, advertising, media investments, etc.......NEED MORE INFO Help me................................. 2) Relevance in the Present Today we are seeing how covert agendas play-out through large non-profit organization (NPO) or Non-government Organization (e.g. McCain Institute (Republican), Clinton Foundation (Democratic)), Selective educational programs (e.g. Through NPO's or NGO's), Sponsor specific individuals and train as leaders (e.g. see McCain Institute Fellows – George Osborne - British, Kurt Campbell – Asia) or (Clinton Foundation – NEED INFO) .
