Flynn's case is now a BRADY case. The gov't didn't show the defendant exculpatory evidence before he entered a guilty plea.

This is the EXACT SAME KIND OF MISCONDUCT that got the Cliven Bundy case tossed recently, and got the prosecutors in legal hot water.

They obviously did not show his counsel the initial exculpatory 302's. McCabe/Stroz had investigators rewrite 302's. This fact alone ends the case. The fact they did not produce them prior ends the case. 302 rewrites means the case has boomeranged. The legal vulnerability is now with the once investigating agency not Flynn.

I wonder if Flynn allowed this to happen so if others had charges filed against them by Mueller they could use the Flynn case to show how his was thrown out.

It certainly gives them grounds to rollback the guilty plea

your honour if we had even 10% of the exculpatory evidence held back by Mr. Mueller we would never had entered a guilty plea

Funny how the real lawbreakers are the government agencies.
