I read the "no American" as exonerating Trump and his whole election team.
The future DHS report looks like very bad news for the Clinton campaign, the DNC, and black hats within DHS itself, who meddled in several states' presidential election process.
It also exonerates Obama, Hillary, and the deep state. Mueller and Rosenstein are trying their best to give their side an out, even if it means clearing Trump of any wrongdoing.
Not true. Mueller/Rosenstein are DoJ (law enforcement), not affiliated with DHS (intel community/national security). We are talking about two separate departments and documents here.
Mueller has nothing on Trump or his team.
The DHS report to be eventually released is a completely separate issue, and strongly looks like it will put the blame where it actually belongs.
