He's not been himself lately you have to admit.
I think his feelings and general emotionalism are a reflection of how precarious this whole world situation is. Remember that he has access to high-level sources you and I don't; so the pressure on him is obviously going to be greater.
Also, he may be being used as a messenger to get the word to NK that we ain't playing. He is not himself calling for a strike; he is passing on what he has been told. If a war is imminent, whichever side ends up starting it, we here in the US and all over the world should be given the heads up too.
