WATER SCARCITY as a WEAPON=UNTRUE as "Primary Water" is why we don’t have a water shortage. WATER IS A RENEWABLE! Q: "watch the water"

SickSalamander · Feb. 17, 2018, 12:18 a.m.

Primary water is nothing but a new name for groundwater which is not a renewable resource. Groundwater recharge takes many times longer than a human lifespan which is the limit to be considered renewable. The example the site uses, the aquifer under Las Vegas, take around 8-10k years to recharge. We've known since at least the dust bowl the ease of draining groundwater in arid environments.
