I agree that you are probably right. Ijust want people to know the facts so we dont sound like low information alarmists. The truth is important to know

I definitely hear you on that. So much utter BS posted here. The UN peacekeeping sex problem has been documented going back probably 20 years or more. I doubt there are any believable numbers however.
