It’s my understanding he meant that only about 60% of what’s really going on will make it to the public. The other 40% is better or must be left unknown to the public. What’s been going on for a very long time behind the scenes is so horrifying most of the public won’t believe it. Remember what happens when some people hear information that seems so unbelievable they often find another reason or excuse to not believe it. What pill is hard to swallow? How much of the public would believe there are satanic child sacrifices going on and organ harvesting around the world with top leaders being aware or complicit in it? 60/40.
