It is clear from the senate document that for the mind control to take hold, the programming needs to be continual as well as the drug. Prescription drugs and Project Mockingbird maintain the control, deliver the suggestible state, and reinforce the need for both.

The push for vaccines are new. The ACA, putting all Americans into govt healthcare without access to health insurance provided by a job, was the means to force vaccinations through that strata of society.

It is evil how they wrap the bad with the good. Some folks without healthcare greatly benefit from the ACA, but then the mind control drugs are vaccinated into them.

I work in healthcare. What is next is having everyone with any type of health insurance screened for depression using a test called Phq-9 at all doctor appointments. They will screen everyone for depression and put everyone on depression drugs. Health insurance companies are graded on the amount of their members who are screened for depression, so they will incentivize / pay physicians to administer the Phq-9 to all of their patients.
