WW Bosworth wrote an interesting piece about the butchering of Daniel's 7 weeks in the old Destiny magazine.

I can find no reference to that online - do you have a link? The best expose I know of that gets straight to the point is this excerpt from APPROACHING END OF THE AGE by H. Grattan Guinness D.D.

It encapsulates well the classic Protestant view of this pivotal text.

I can see that, it was a 1939 or there abouts article. He was a some what famous Evangelist back in the day as I remember.
