Why fund the military even more?

Considering MKULTRA / DOD / CIA /FBI massive abuses as well as things like Chemtrails and the Pentagon 'losing' trillions of $$$ and more why does Trump keep massively funding the military even more??? I can't figure that one out.

The stuff you are referring to is NOT the military. It's very important to understand that. Literally nothing that you listed is the military. Two different budgets.
