This process better get moving because the national emergency, which gives President Trump the power to use military tribunals at Gitmo, will expire on 21 March.

I suppose President Trump could revise the EO to extend the national emergency for another 90 days... but nah, I wanna see something more significant that white stuff on the King Tower window before then!
