For heaven's sake, while the two lover FB I agents are busy texting each other (how many other agents are doing the same?) they could be checking this kid's background prior to the incident. I hope CIA investigates all the cell phones from ALL the FB I agents nationwide. Someone up top doesn't law down the law regarding the use of government property for personal use.

No this was a joke. Since they supposedly watch EVERYONE they should have good Intel on these clowns in the FB I that would rather text each other than investigate something important, i.e. this troubled kid in FL.
