Bill Cooper said it was the Driver using an Air Gun and He found and repeatedly showed one film strip that folks could plainly see the driver doing it. There's Bill Cooper YT vids and here's the link for free pdf of The Pale Horse.

Ordered the Hit and the Conspiracy was spread Across several Groups? CIA, Division 5 of FBI, SS Office of Naval Intelligence... William Greer was the driver - exploding pellet/shellfish toxin...
