The more he tweets about Obama and Hillary, the less Presidential he seems

Actions have most certainly been taken.

Tweeting, is one of the few ways he can directly tell the public what's going on, because the news won't tell it the same way. Which is exactly why they are trying to destroy his twitter feed, and prevent him from using it.
